There is a limited number of ultra-luxurious shell and core villas in the enclaves of Dubai Hills Grove and Dubai Hills Views. Dubai Hills Construction Update

Since 2019, the Dubai Hills community has been delivering projects. The apartment complexes part of Park Heights: Mulberry 1 and Acacia, were delivered in 2019 alongside the townhouse development of Maple. Regarding villas, the first two phases of Sidra Villas (Sidra Villas I and Sidra Villas II), Parkway Vistas and Fairways Vistas, were delivered in 2019. In 2020 the third phase of Sidra Villas, Sidra III, was completed and handed over to investors.
